DPS Raigarh is synonymous with education “par excellence” and has been a source of learning in the heart of Chhattisgarh. Since the inception of the school, the previous decade has been eventful leading to the creation of ‘global minds’ who have carved out a niche for themselves in different spheres the world over.

The world today needs such individuals who combine within themselves a blend of intellectual reasoning and sound moral values to be successfully able to cope with the challenges that life has to offer and to meet these with poise and equanimity. DPS Raigarh believes in imparting that education to the students that will teach them that in life, it is not possible to alter the direction of the winds that blow, but what one can do is adjust one’s sails. It further believes in imparting education that will train independently acting and thinking individuals who understand the core values of the joy of giving and not just receiving.

DPS is a place for the joyful co-existence of learning. The mutual faith among the teachers and the students has manifested in producing men and women of character. Great care has been taken to see that children enjoy a stress-free learning atmosphere where the entire focus is on children to train them as responsible and global citizens.

To augment the effective learning process besides academics, facilities such as language Lab, Mathematics Lab, Thinker's forum, and workshops on writing poetry, speeches, and theatre in school, are regularly arranged. Through children become disciplined. Yoga, Sports such as Roller Skating, Horse Riding, Cricket, Football, Basketball, Badminton, Volley Ball, etc., strengthen the mind and bodies of our children.“Truth is One, Paths are many,” with the guidance and support of our Chairman, Shri Pramod Kumar Agrawal, we are marching towards fulfilling the expectations of parents and society, by creating global leaders.

At DPS, we are committed to giving each child a holistic education built on the foundations of academics, service and culture. From learning pottery, and making puppets to hitting targets in archery and learning to defend with Taekwondo techniques, we do it all!

We are providing an excellent platform to prepare senior students for various competitive exams with our in-house JEE, NEET, and CA Foundation classes. We also give them the exposure to be more skilled, and creative, through Abacus and WhiteHat Coding classes. The students are continuously encouraged to participate in various external exams like Olympiads and INMO etc.

In our little way, we try to interweave core values like Honesty, Friendship, Humanism, Integrity, Determination, and Concern for society and the environment with our well planned Curricular and Co-curricular programs like Assemblies, cultural programs and a plethora of sports activities like Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Skating etc. While we celebrate the meritorious results of the students on the Boards this year, we would like to encourage various student-led entrepreneurial projects and look forward to student exchange programs through both domestic and international visits. As you step into the portal of the school with hopes and ideas, I look forward to meeting you and taking on the journey ahead.
